By accessing or using ToDoVersus, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password.

You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

ToDoVersus is a community built on self-improvement. You agree to use the platform constructively.

Spamming, harassment, impersonation, and posting malicious links are strictly prohibited.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban without prior notice.

ToDoVersus grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the application strictly in accordance with these terms.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application, or attempt to derive the source code. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the application.

If you believe that any content on ToDoVersus infringes upon your copyright, please submit a written notification to our designated copyright agent.

The notification must include a description of the copyrighted work, the location of the infringing material, and your contact information.

If you purchase a subscription (e.g., Elite Plan), you will be billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the respective app store.

Unless required by law or the terms of the App Store/Google Play, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure or accidental duplicate charges.

ToDoVersus is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any personal or financial losses, including those resulting from wagers or bets made between users on the platform.

We act only as a software provider for tracking activities and do not enforce or mediate any real-world agreements between users.

Important Notice for iOS Users: Apple Inc. is not a sponsor of, nor is it involved in any way with, any contests, challenges, or sweepstakes held on the ToDoVersus platform.

ToDoVersus is strictly an entertainment and productivity platform designed for friendly competition.

We are NOT a gambling application. The "bets" or "stakes" (iddia) feature is provided purely for fun and motivational purposes among friends.

We strictly prohibit and do not condone the use of our platform for real-money gambling, illicit wagers, or any exchange of material value.

ToDoVersus takes zero responsibility and assumes no liability for any real-world agreements, monetary losses, or disputes that arise from custom wagers created by users.

Any virtual items, cosmetics, badges, or points earned or purchased within ToDoVersus have no real-world monetary value.

You do not own these virtual items. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them within the platform. We reserve the right to modify, remove, or rebalance any virtual items without notice or compensation.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of ToDoVersus at any time, with or without notice.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the service. In the event of account termination, you lose access to all your data and virtual items.

The use of bots, macros, scripts, or any unauthorized third-party software to automate activity logging or gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.

Accounts caught using such methods will be permanently banned and all progress will be wiped without warning.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service will be resolved through individual arbitration or in small claims court, not in a class-action lawsuit.

By using ToDoVersus, you agree to waive your right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or consolidated dispute resolution process.
